Terra Management Group’s team of professionals possesses extensive experience in the fields of real estate project management, development, and marketing and sales. Additionally, our team members have substantial experience in the management and disposition of real estate assets for special asset departments of lending institutions. Terra Management Group’s team of highly experienced professionals provide institutional clients with comprehensive project management and disposition services to meet the many challenges faced today. These challenges include critical decisions that must be made in order to preserve the value of very complex real estate assets they are faced with having to take back, possibly reposition, and sell.

Many lenders would prefer to sell the mortgage of a troubled asset rather than to take it back given the complex nature of many assets, lack of internal expertise in dealing with such assets and the enormous time constraint they would place on the institutions' employees trying to handle the day-to-day operations of these assets. Terra Management Group’s team of professionals can assist the client in truly understanding the asset prior to foreclosure in an effort to guide them in making informed, educated, important decisions with regards to selling the mortgage. Additionally, we want the client to know that no matter what decision they make, whether it be selling the mortgage or taking back the asset, Terra Management Group can assist them in either endeavor.

 Team Biographies


Ed Andrews, Director of Construction Management

Ed formed Andrews Asset Management Corporation in 1991, having since overseen the horizontal infrastructure development for over 17,000 residential lots for clients.  His extensive experience in real estate construction enables him to provide clients with an array of consulting services.  Ed specializes in developing creative concepts that effectively address not only the physical constraints of the site, but also the political and fiscal constraints of the project.  His experience includes both municipal and industrial applications, with projects ranging from residential and commercial developments through industrial facilities.  In addition to his role at Andrews Asset Management, Ed serves as a supervisor in several Community Development District and Homeowner's Association Boards.


David Berner, Director of Marketing and Sales

David has more than 20 years of experience specializing in the purchase and sale of land for master-planned development communities.  As President of Southeast Land Advisors, Inc., David has applied his extensive market knowledge, his experience with regulatory issues and the entitlements process, and his expertise in selling land for large-scale, residential-based planned developments to make his company a leader in this particular niche. Additionally, David has assisted numerous clients in the creation of builder programs; selling thousands of residential lots to both major national and regional homebuilders. David has experience in both commercial and residential development and has assisted numerous clients in obtaining final site plan approvals, selecting engineers and contractors, and negotiating construction bids.  Over the years, he has built a significant buyer base and established exceptional working relationships with most of the national, regional, and local developers and builders actively developing and building throughout Florida.  These long-term relationships and the understanding of each developer's and builder's needs has given David a significant advantage in bringing real estate transactions to fruition.
